Jinx is broken after flame chopper buff

Please revert the massive buff to her E. You can not kill her, or damage her with a bruiser at the moment. She just tosses them out, it only has a 0.7 second delay and if you get hit by one, it cancels your gap closer. So you are just stuck getting hit on and killed by Jinx. Instead of actually being able to hit her. The CC itself lasts 1.5 seconds, this used to be appropiate because if you landed your gap closer you would get a second worth of CC / damage in any way, but now you don't and you just sit there, jinx gets even more distance and you die.

You can not shut down jinx anymore if you're playing a bruiser only mages can shut her down. I don't know why Riot though this is a smart decision, it just makes a 50.5% winrate champion completely broken because you make her counter bruisers and a lot of tanks by one change.

Change needs to be reverted, or the duration of the flame choppers itself needs to be lowered to like 1.5-2 seconds and the CC duration to like 0.5 seconds.
