Hey Riot: What about Lethality?

So, as a Zed main im a little bit afraid of Season 8. The System with Runes and Masteries is looking great but, what will you do with the stats like Lethality? Or what happens to the whole stats at all? Because Lethality is only good when you stack it (in Runes everyone goes full Lethality) and you have to go a minimum of 2 Lethality Items + other Armor pen items to be successful with it. Are you going to Rework Lethality or the Items? I really am curious about the new Runes & Masteries, but im worried about it, because you won't get any Lethality without going the Items in this state right now.

There is a rune called Sudden Impact which grants you 12 Lethality and 8 Magic Pen for 3 seconds when you use a Dash, Blink, Teleport, basically any mobility spell.

Doesn't sudden impact only grants 5% additional damage?

PBE has different numbers than the site already

Riot said the runes are going to be changed a lot over the PBE cycle as they change, and some are different in the PBE build. Sudden Impact grants Lethality and Magic Pen instead of a flat damage boost.
