Yaaaa I completely agree. Scimitar should make you immune to cc for x seconds after using it. Only way to make the item buy worth it, considering the cooldown it has

most matches actually. tabi's is way more valuable, i mean it's not even close only sorcs and mobi's come close to value for gold. and if you really need cc reduction you can more often than not just dip into runes either via precision or resolve tree. but that's only if you really really must like if there's a rammus and a kennen and a leona and a lissandra, or something ugly like that. sometimes you want the mercs but that's only if there is real cc and options other than unflinching were necessary in the resolve tree. or maybe you just didn't go resolve, then like oh well hopefully you went precision tenacity, if not then iunno what you expectin maybe you want to try doing some summoner 1 training.
