Talked with a riot support member about bot lane!

I'm going to start this off and say I know some people enjoy this but many adc's don't. And I feel I was childish at times and regret some comments (nothing major just a few implications I made). But here is the conversation I had with the riot support member. Now it's a lot of nothing but we did get some feedback about it and honestly I think this will make people feel better about the game. So be patient and wait to see I guess?
I asked about as much as I thought I could with out being to annoying so you get some insight to how to do things as well

(11:28:49 PM) enteg: Because I did read what was said about the adc (posted a picture of it) and this is not inline with what is happened so was it the goal you achieved or was this all a "oops"

(11:36:16 PM) enteg: Ok, and currently the meta does not fit that late game is why bruisers are being played in bot. What about making their late game worse to the point of being on par of bruisers. Was this intentional?
(11:38:24 PM) Raz: Again these changes were because of the recent patch changes so theyre probably working on addressing those issues next patch where we'll be sharing public facing info

(11:41:47 PM) enteg: So banner is getting removed next patch due to balance issues. Probably just to try and get something new and working. And now ADC are the same as banner (they won't be deleted from the game for real of course) and will need much testing
(11:43:00 PM) enteg: I was wondering what the state of mind of reverting an entire patch would be. Say this patch after a few more weeks shows to have really hurt the game would riot be willing to go back and change items back and champion numbers back while keeping some changes that don't affect them?

(11:43:22 PM) Raz: They'll probably have to make some early game items or something to help them survive
(11:43:38 PM) enteg: So IE and LDR will stay the same most likely
(11:43:53 PM) enteg: Because I find those two items to be the biggest reason ADC's can not be played
(11:47:23 PM) enteg: The reason adc's are unplayable isn't just early game after all. Even 50 minute games adc's can be full build and deal no damage. And the reason are those two items are incredibly weak. If those two aren't changed back I doub't the adc's will be viable unless they are super early champs, mf, lucian, jhin, ez

(11:50:55 PM) enteg: Does riot look at the top 200 players in each region and see what roles they are and try to balance that?
(11:51:23 PM) enteg: Because currently almost no ADC's are playing currently or are dropping like flies
(11:51:39 PM) Raz: That would be a question for the team directly i can't speak on what they look at what drives there decisions i can only assume as much as you

I hope this eases some minds, it did mine. And please other lanes that dislike ADC just keep in mind we all have something we enjoy in life, and for some it's "right clicking and walking away from the computer for a penta". So be respectful to each other and if you don't understand why it's a problem feel free to ask and someone may answer it or link to a thread that explains it.
