How to turn a won lane into a won game

Hello,

i played alot in season 2-5 (i think) and reached gold most of the seasons as adc. Whatever, i recently returned to the game (well i played a few games during the last season) and must say that im kinda frustrated. I sucessfully managed to get devoted to silver II 0 pts from silver I 78pts this week.

I know lose streaks happen but what i am really struggle with (and get mad/tilt aswell) are the games where you win/stomp botlane and then get oneshotted by a fed jungler/midlaner/toplaner. I mean those games where your midlaner goes 4-10 and feeds mid and jungler.

What to do as an adc? I'm not saying that i only lost those games, i also failed some laning phases. But in these particular situations, what could i do to turn a won lane into a won game?
