For the love of God add a notification for team builder when everyone is ready

Scenario:

We finally get a support or whatever we've been waiting for I click ready Everyone else clicks ready I go back to my browser to read whatever I was reading While I'm doing that, someone decides to un-ready which un-readies the entire team They all re-ready back up I'm clueless because as far as I was concerned, we were all ready the first time and should be in queue I get kicked for no readying up again

There should be a sound notification when you're the last person to ready up
