ahri mana and cooldown reduction

talk about ahri here I really think her mana usage for E and R should drop.. well ahri E usage is 85 I think it should be 75 and R should be 90. her pick rate is average low but mana drop would be good for ahri engagement after cs, shes very squishy.

if not, I got another suggestion would be good for a buff if you make it so each ult out of the 3 should be instant cooldown not 3 secs well atleast 1.5seconds.. who agrees, would be good for some answers ??
