Problems with playing

Okay, so I'm kind of stuck in a predicament here. Basically, I've been having problems with tilt lately. I went on a 7 game loss streak and I just decided not to play until I get a good response from this page. So, I've been playing in normals to equalise my wins and losses. I was 3 wins away from being equal, and when I finished that I was going to start ranked. However, now it's three days later and I'm 11 games away from equalising my wins and losses. (That's awful, I know) I used to try and think as much as I could in my games, but now I just get over run with tilt. In some cases I could of stopped the tilt, but I has 3 games in a row where we had an AFK teammate. I know I sound like a whiny bronze scrub (And at this point I probably am), but the point I'm trying to make I don't want to fall into that trap. If I do become one of those players who just complains about things being OP, I'm probably just going to quit League. What I want in response is helpful advice to but me back on tract to where I was; Because if I do get back on track I truly feel I can make Gold five by summer. (Oh and if this is on the wrong section of the boards let me know)

Honestly I feel like you're trying to play to win instead of trying to play to improve which is a huge tilt for most people cause if you don't win then you failed at why you're playing the game. I get why you were keeping track of your wins and losses but in normals you're probably going to end up with more losses then wins because of how a lot of people are trying to learn new champs or even new roles. As far as the afker's and what not if you honestly feel like the game is just totally gone at that point but you can't ff just yet then just have some fun with it, like going all out on the support morgana and blowing all your cd's just to get that one kill, then just write that game off. Also if you think you've done you can improve on is a losing streak then try recording your games and reviewing afterwards and if you still think you can improve on anything then go watch a pro stream of a pro who plays your role and see what every small thing they're doing that you're not. Looking up tips for league isn't a bad idea either like ScrapComputer, foxdrop, or Scurb to name a few good channels for that. If this doesn't help then honestly I would just get a group of mates together to play with and just have fun with the game.
