Reduce the timer for que dodging

Can they reduce the timer for que dodging from 15min to 5min every time u dodge? Whenever u que dodge for the first time every day u gotta wait 5min they should make it 5min for everytime u dodge cause I don't wanna waste 15min of my life cause retards in my que auto lock or troll me or threaten to int. This has gone bad to the point where I dc in the beginning of my games for remakes and unfortunately I've gotten leaver buster a couple times, and no I don't afk cause I'm a bad sport or a rage quitter I do it cause these que dodge timers are ridicously long and I don't wanna waste 15min of my life cause of trolls, if ur reading this I hope u can sympathize and get an idea of the frustration I have to go through in ques

You literally just contradicted yourself and you deserve every leaver buster you get. You can't say you aren't a bad sport or rage quitter when you are literally disconnecting from the game and ruining it for other people because you are upset. That makes you no better than the people that troll. If you afk/disconnect, you're a bad sport and a toxic player, simple as that. There are no certain circumstances where that behaviour is okay.

It's because of people like you that I end up having to spend way more time than necessary waiting in queue when I did absolutely nothing wrong and want to play the game but you have to disconnect because you're acting like a brat. How frustrated do you think I get when I go to queue in the lobby and then I get hit with 5-6 dodges in a row and end up spending 8+ minutes in queue and then end up losing the will to play because of how long it takes?
