why we have surrender at 15?
always exist one who dont want to give up, and force you to keep playing
is reportable if I dont want to help a team who dont give me any reason to keep playing?

Y, asking the same a lot of times ... i had some matches with an afk and a 0/10 lane at 15 min and ppl still deny the early surrender.
Some ppl just find it fun to make other waste time
I report those that hold me hostage to a game we cant win (afker or Troll/feeder/ Enemy is up +10 kills)
If they wont FF@15 a game that is over then they are harassing and griefing me
Because I aren't giving up on a game that I can possibility win and it happens quite a lot. I win countless of games where we're behind and the team wanted ff15. Throws happens a lot from bronze to platinum like countless times. Not sure about diamond, never been there.
