Ekko, A combination of the most frustrating aspects of Zed and Diana, plus more CRAZY stuff?

So is it just me, or are you looking at Ekko and thinking, "Holy fuck, can you cram any more overpowered tools into one champion?". Like honestly, what the actual fuck is Riot thinking with this champ? I'm just going to go down the list, the problem here should become obvious.

Double Gap close (E dash / teleport)

W that is a MASSIVE, i'm talking almost ENTIRE lane width AoE slow / and an AoE STUN TOO?

W that ALSO grants a massive shield

W passive auto execute that STARTS OFF at 4% max hp + % ap ratio on anyone under 30% hp as BONUS DAMAGE ON AUTO ATTACK?

Can you fit more brokenness into his W Riot?

Ultimate that instantly saves you from any bad decision or poor play (ala Zed style garbage), does MASSIVE burst damage, free invincibility (zhonyas), AND A MASSIVE HEAL that scales with how much damage Ekko took from enemies during the last 4 sec?

Champion passive that does MORE bonus magic damage on spell or auto scaled by AP Ratio, AND slows the target by 80% for 3 sec?

Not to mention, all of his current AP ratios on the PBE are off the fucking charts. Even if these ratios are reduced to reasonable numbers, his kit has the tools of TWO overpowered, cancerous champions. Between his W passive and his champion passive, your looking at him instantly executing anyone below 30% hp on CONTACT without even using his Ultimate. I mean this champion seems to me like an amalgamation of the most frustrating aspects of Zed and Diana, along with AoE slow AND HARD CC, and massive burst healing?

It's really unfortunate, it honestly just seems like Riot is just trying to 1 up the last overpowered champion it created by giving each successive champion even more ridiculous power and frustrating tools. If Ekko releases to a similar balance/design state as he seems to be now. I will probably be taking a long break from League. I have ZERO desire to try to deal with the cancer x100 that Ekko is going to be in a solo lane.

Not like most of the players will find a way to counter him anyways right? Most of the assassins are op as it is, adding one more won't hurt anyone that much.

Riot should remove the restriction against people playing multiples of the same champion on the same team. Once Ekko is released all 10 people in a game should be able to just play Ekko, there will be no reason to play any other champion. This champion has every tool needed for any possible situation.
