Solo/duo and Flex needs to have a adjustment

I think the way you get placed in games by ranked should be changed. As it stands if they haven't played flex at all but is plat and up in solo/duos they still get placed against bronze and such. That makes the game play experience for anyone trying to get higher in flex as well a challenge. Do you really think these Plats and higher need a handicap in flex to do the same, absolutely fucking not. Even though they are two different ranking games their rank in one should base who they play against if they haven't placed in the other.
