Electrocute not proc with items anymore?

I remember thunderlords would proc easily with hextech revolver and other items. Does Electrocute not? [sg-ahri-1] [sg-janna] Are there any items or abilities that do rather than just AA and Champion abilities? #BringBackThunderlords2018

Has to be separate

So you can auto gun blade and a spell, and electrocute will proc.

Things that proc on-hit or on-spell usually won't count as two, but one

Ludens works if it bounces onto a target, but not if you hit them directly

revover+auto counts as one instance
