Anyone of you feel disturbed when playing againt summinors with skins?

Don't get me wrong guys. I don't hate skins. I just think that several skins may influence the balance of the game. For example, skins like Commando Lux or Warring Kingdom Nidalee , the spell q in these skins make me feel like they are "narrower" than the original one. Also there are several skins have special effects that makes the spells harder to see than the original one.

Has any one of you feel the same?

Actually I'm thinking is it possible to put something into the settings list like "forbid enemy skins/forbid all skins" ? I know it is kind of difficult because when you see their skins the system has already installed these skin data into your gaming process. But I would probably rather reconnect to make the implementation for this function than playing with a concept in my head that "You have to douge further than it looks like" all along the game.

Commando Lux is a 520RP skin and does NOT feature different VFX, hence making your argument invalid.

I feel very disturbed when playing against Omega Squad Teemo and he spams laugh, it overpowers me, and consumes who I am xD

Commando lux has the same particles as base Lux. I assume you meant steel legion Lux?

In any case, I don't particularly feel that they give any sort of advantage.

I wouldn't say "disturbed" but some skins do offer an unfair advantage for using them. Off the top of my head, the worst offender is iBlitzcrank for his mostly invisible rocketgrab (also one of his new chromas makes him blend in with the river) and Mafia Twitch because last hitting with his gun is a lot easier than with the thwip of his bow.
