how to get better as a player and as jinx/annie?

i played my first 5v5 a while ago and holy crap we got destroyed there wasnt much communication between the team i was on besides ash calling us "noobest team" when nobody wanted to surrender, pvp against REAL people was so hard, I was jinx playing against a soraka and she kept killing me! Everyone on that team knew what they were doing like, 2 of these katana dudes would hide in the bushes and jump anyone who came into mid lane with ease! (they were both level 15) this whole unranked thing confuses me, when i join a game (im level 10) do i play with level 10+/- people as well? or is it by random?

I didnt know how to get out of the situation or even kill any of them, many times i managed to get them to low health but failed to eliminate them, I was very weak and soraka managed to level up quickly before me (in fact, all of them leveled up fast asf) not only that but they had people who were level 17???_ already_?? I asked my brother who was also playing w/ me (he was level 16) and he told me its because they "jungle" what is that? can i do what with jinx / annie?

after that i felt regret for getting jinx, i have an agressive playstyle and after that I questioned whether or not shes the right champion for me, I really like Miss Fortune too but after that I dont think i'd survive either lol,

anyways the whole point of this is to ask how do i get better and if anything what champions do you recommend? :0]

I would say practice makes perfect, but practicing doesn't teach you many new things.

Watch what other people are doing and copy them. As a new level 10, you don't know what you're even capable of doing. Practice what you see. You can flash over walls, but you're unfamiliar with the distance of flash. Kills buy time, time takes objectives, objectives win the game. You can have a team that goes 45-12 and lose because they're focusing on KDA while the enemy tryndamere runs down all your towers.

~20 cs = 1 kill. Minions in abundance are worthwhile, even if you don't get kills. someone with 4 kills 25cs and no towers is equal or behind someone with 0 kills 80cs and 1 tower down. It's likely he's also behind in exp. Chasing kills can be really bad.

Basically, the more you play the better you will get. Also watching pros and streams will teach you alot about game mechanics. I would also say to not worry so much about what your team is doing and just focus on improving your own skills (last hitting, trading, map awareness etc.) mute them if you must. Cant tell you alot about Annie but when it comes to jinx the general idea is to use your mini-gun to kill minions then when your opponent(s) are going to hit there minions then hit them with the rocket. Also only use your traps if someone is running straight for you, otherwise holding them is a better option. Hope that helps!
