Your score does have an impact, but there is also many other factors, which may or may not include things like warding, kill participation, damage dealt to champions, damage taken, CS, gold, game time, and others (basically any numerically quantifiable statistic from the game relevant to your champion)
This is then computed into a numerical score and that is compared to the scores of all other players who have played in the same role with the same champion (I wonder if this datapool ever resets) and the scores are distributed, probably on a curved system (I'm assuming a bell curve), so the top x% of scores get an S, and so on.
In this case, while your KDA is very good, playing Kog adc is also where he is most popular, thus there is a large number of scores to provide comparison against. It's a lot harder to be in the top 1% of 100,000 than 100, for example. Kog is known for doing tons of damage and getting tons of kills late game, so an exceptional score like that might be just shy of the target S%. One less death of 5 more assists or some combination of CS and wards might have bumped you over. It's impossible to know exactly what unless Riot decides to share what they look at for grades, which they won't do because it will encourage players to focus on those areas and not on the game (a reasonable decision)
In any case, pick up Kog Jungle and enjoy your free S.
Kills have very little to do with it. It's all about CS, objectives, and kill % participation. It's definitely pretty badly balanced
For the next time you want to screenshot something, look for the "prt scr" button on your keyboard. Anyway, as for explaining why you didn't get an 'S' for that game, this person explained it very well, so hopefully that answers why.
