Thunderlord Mastery seemingly not interacting with Zyra's Seedling plants

I played a game yesterday with Zyra using the Thunderlord mastery and noticed that it wasn't procking with the attacks from Zyra's seedling plants. Was just wondering if this really is intentional or not since the seedlings are a huge part of playing Zyra.

Same thing goes with malzahar's summoned voidlings (seems to be that summoned units that don't proc thunderlords).

Though i've heard that heimer's turrets proc it (haven't confirmed or denied it so don't believe me without checking for yourself).
