Fiora doing fiora things again

So I played this game... all good in the hood. We were winning and the enemy midlaner left the game. The game got stretched out a little and what happened next was that we lost horribly because our whole team got manhadled by fiora. Now sure I get that she has tons of damage and she wrecks teams that have no consistent 3 year cc chains (e.g. morgana) but I saw that this dude was pushing mid using tripple aa animations in a span of 0,5s all of which proct hydra. I thought maybe it was some sort of combo... but this dude then stood still in a fight in baron pit, whole team on him and he still took us all out. I fully accept that I am bad ect... but this felt a bit too overwhelming.

Now... is this MEANT to be broken this way or is this some sort of bug or script?
