How the heck do you beat a vladamere if he keeps harassing me in lane denying me of all cs and healing from all my damage. It really I can push cus he will take half my hp from sucking my blood please help.

Also, magic resists and sustain doesn't work against him. I tried using a chalice and double dorans rings against him then getting boots but he auto heals every time I touch him. It will probably take 3 million years to get a reply on this post.

Sadly the solution is to play a meta champion, or gank (And teams can suck so much for that option)

Fairly Syndra favored matchup. You have more range, waveclear, poke and cc. Your Q has a lower cooldown than his, you can knock him away whenever he tries to empowered Q you ( you should never be in Q range to begin with). You have to make sure to land stun before ulting or he can pool it to dodge.

Ok, So my goal is to just survive against him and get my items? I tried sustain and it doesn't work so I should get more damage.
