Wukong's Q

Wukong's Q needs to stack MORE than just 10% of his AD. It doesn't make sense that a heavily skill, QWER, reliant champion has his main QWE stack such low damage that his burst is basically weak and with his auto attack not putting out enough damage. His Q should be boosted to at least 50% to boost his early game burst and farming game. To see 220 AD but only see (22) stacked on his Q just saddens me and shows his weak early game play. I am not asking for his 110% AD stack on his Q, just 50% so that wukong can gain that stronger early and mid game advantage that he needs especially his solo top game since he has no jungle game anymore.
