Hope Riot decides to fix this soon enough. I'll keep playing but it'll take a while to convince my SO to join again.

This isnt hacks people... its a bug that people are exploiting. League of Legends is very difficult to hack and even when people do hack it they do not get very far.
This isn't a bug though, this is people using exploits and modifying the files to use a 0 cooldown BotRK active in their trinket slot. Making BotRK unable to buy wouldn't really solve anything, since the item itself isn't even being used or the problem.
Should have banned Tristana, she scales too well into late game.
Bugs happen. It's rare that they make it out of PBE, but they happen. If you're not OK with that, don't play. Otherwise, cut 'em some slack. If you exploit them, I hope you enjoy your ban.

Idk how anyone is playing atm , people should just leave the game and come back only when everything is fixed considering this might happen in a month or maybe a year imagine how much Riot will make in the meantime .
