I feel that she is pretty much fine where she is right now, I mean just use the W nerf you have planned. But the R nerfs just seem a bit too much...I mean I have fun playing her but the way she is now there are still ways for her to be played around.
Please Riot...just use the W nerf you have planned...keep the ult the same.

Before the rework of these two runes, she had a super healthy 6% play rate, 48% win rate and 20% ban rate in Masters+, after these two runes, her play rate doubled, ban rate went up to 60% and her win rate is anywhere between 52% to 58% based on M/GM/C and region.
It's clear as day what broke her, and those runes broke other champs as well, such as Mordekaiser, Lee (more than he was), Kassawin (PoM is nuts on him), and Koreans stated taking Conqueror even on assassins such as Kha'Zix, Elise or Nidalee or teamfighters like Kennen simply because it is that good.
But since they don't want to nerf the runes, which are simply broken on anyone who can abuse them, they nerf one of the champions abusing it, but miss the mark.

I've started playing conqueror qiyana and ekko lol, it is truly a broken rune. also wasn't like every single top laner on the boards begging for conq not to get changed? I'm not gonna pretend everyone knew it would break mages and casters but everyone certainly knew it would open up off meta abuse cases.

I've seen videos of people in ranked on their main accounts in Diamond 1 and everyone is just getting stomped by a solo Akali. Champ is still busted in the hands of someone who knows how to play her, despite all the nerfs she's gotten since release. Thanks, CertainlyT, for another champion that's going to give the balance team nightmares until someone with a brain comes around to rework it again.
