I have noticed that when I play Thresh, the Relic Shield isn't working properly. It doesn't execute the minions. It still awards the gold to the closest champ upon minion death, but the execution of minions under 200 health is not working. I play Leona a lot also, and it seems to be working when I play her.
Erockandroll1 votesThresh is a ranged champion (technically) so the Execute passive doesn't apply to him.
This is part of the reason why I struggle to use relic shield with Thresh. You need to rely on the passive damage from his E to last hit minions. Or if you can't do that, just go with the coin rout.
Shynkle1 votesWorking as intended. It's a melee execute, and Thresh is ranged. So the kill grants the heal, but no execute.
