Ekko temporary disable

I know I know it's another post about... Him

Dont get me wrong, Ekko is cool and all and I'd be more willing to play him when he's fixed. Because right now he's so. damn. broken. Having to go up against him in games pretty much just ruins it for me. Nothing I can do about it. His shield blocks most damage, his ult gives his health back, what do we do?

In short: Is it possible to disable him or something until he's a bit more...mortal?
