I think that the end of game menu should allow you to honor multiple teammates and then click continue to stats.
Those were the days! Especially when you have a good game where multiple members of your team did well or didn't tilt, etc.

Then it just cheapens Honor.
My idea was to have it like ARAM rerolls. You get 1 honor per game, and every x games you can use a second honor. This way it wouldn't be cheapened too much, and I think 1 in 5 or 6 games maybe would be fair for a second honor. No stacking or anything, just 5-6 games after the last time you honored 2 you can honor 2 again.
