I'm having a lot of trouble quick casting lambs respite on myself when quick reaction times are needed. Since its a ally self targeted ability i see no reason for it to not be shift castable on yourself. There is just no time for you to hover your cursor over yourself when, say, an ezreal ult is coming or something unexpected happens.
Toastey1 votesjust Alt + R to self cast. Alt + any ability will self cast. learn it, it's useful
Ionian1 votesI bound self-cast ult to T instead of Alt+R. Works nicely for Liss/Kindred/etc.
Zarkkast1 votesAlt is your answer.
When you perfect self casting with Alt you will notice you'll become a much better league player.
When playing I keep my pinky (maybe anelar) finger around ctrl, alt and whatnot.
