Lower Surrender Time

I think a lot of people playing this game would appreciate the ability to surrender earlier than 20 minutes in the case of a disconnect on the team. Nobody likes to play 4v5's. Let's say if someone hasn't connected or someone disconnects for more then 2 minutes, the team should be able to surrender to play a new game.

I do agree that if there is an afk on your team, then you should have the ability to surrender at 10 mins

You also shouldn't lose lp if they are afk from the start that is just dumb and it happens all the time
