Kennen needs a buff. I want to buy kennen skins as he was fun champ. However, he is weak in the current meta and has below a 50% winrate so I don't play him in ranked. Please buff kennen so I can give riot my money. 1 idea on how fo buff him is to add ad ratios to all of his abilities but makes them smaller then the AP ratios.

No we don't need to buff Kennen
If we buff Kennen he is going to dominate top again as one of the most cancerous lane bullies there is.
He needs a rework or a change in his power distribution so he becomes a mid laner.
As long as he is a top laner he can't be made viable.... just like Gnar shouldn't be viable.
