Hello everyone, I was wondering what your thoughts are on a little dilemma I've been having. I love mages, always have, but mid lane is cancer. I used to go mid lane but lately its just been vey frustrating. so I wondering what advice you could give me on playing the champs i like but avoiding the cancer of mid lane?
As much as I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS, I suggest you try and play some mages in top.
Or jungle.
Which mages in particular? Squishier long ranged Mages are basically forced to sit mid, but Tankier shorter ranged mages can easily take care of themselves top as they have been doing for a while, as is the case with Malzahar, Taliyah, Swain, and so on.

My friends have the same issue, well sorta, They both like playing mid so when we play together one will just play his mid laners top lane. he's done Azir, A.sol, veigar, and a few others, he almost always does really well too.
