Is there any chance Lucian ever gets his range buffs reverted?

So in Patch 6.4/6.11 Lucian got the following nerfs to his range:

-Piercing Light (Q)-

Total range reduced to 900 from 1100.

-Ardent Blaze (W)-

Range reduced to 900 from 1000.

-The Culling (R)-

Range reduced to 1200 from 1400.

There were mainly during armor pen's height. And since then Lucian has received a lot of nerfs to his AD ratios on his Q, passive, and his base ad was dropped by 2 at one point. I mean this champion has taken a lot of hits because when he's been good, he's been REALLY good.

But now that Lucian has received the nerfs that finally took him out of mid lane and out of play in general (Mana nerfs to Q as well as the bigger one: Early cooldown nerf to his E/dash) is there any chance we see some of these old range nerfs reverted?

Lucian does not feel good to play in bot lane right now. Primarily because you just can't bully. Without range you are just going to get shit on by supports and other adcs.

Is there any chance we see these reverted at some point?
