MissFortune can literally never ult all game if the other team has a Yasuo .

He will use his stupid wall to completely negate thousands of damage, and it lasts long enough that when its down the fight has already been decided either way.

Why is this bullshit allowed?

It's called holding your ult Just like how Katarina has to wait for the enemy to use their CC before going in, you can't just brainlessly use your ult against a Yasuo

Unless you're the only source of projectiles on your team, Yasuo will eventually block some key ability from one of your teammates, and you can then ult once the wall fades, assuming it was even pointed in your direction to begin with

So you got counter picked? Maybe wait for his wall to be gone? It has a long cooldown. Plus, picking yasuo they're probably giving something up. Usually they have to sacrifice a tank, cc, or ap damage to have him on the team.
