Hoi Im Temmo1 votesHe was supposed to come out at the start of the year: something about serious animation troubles moved him to early - mid 2015 as I understand it.
Phoenix Kotori 2 votesHe was never given a set release frame. He could have been delayed for countless reasons, I am sure riot will reveal why in a dev blog when he comes out, but until then it's an unknown.
