Refunds/Old Skins

Hey guys. So.. a couple days ago i sent a ..let's say complainment letter to the League of Legends support. Well here is the deal and i think many of you will agree with me especially those who play league for more than a couple of years. . I've been playing this game since 2012 and thats a loooot of time .I've also put a fair amount of money in the game and i dont regret it .But i was playing other champs 5-6 years ago and other champs now . I can not put my whole fortune into the game so i cant buy skins that i really want . The issue is though that i have more than 50 skins that I am now bored of and i cant do anything with them cause either i dont find the joy of playing with those skins / champs anymore or the champs are just out of meta so there is no way im playing them . Wouldnt it be great if there were like LIMITLESS refunds in the game for people like us ? Like I could refund a skin that I purchased 5 years ago at the full cost or 60-70% of it for example .. Another great idea would be If i could at least get those skins back as shards so I could reroll them into something else That i dont own . .Im not talkin about rerolling them and getting skins that i already had or a legendary / ultimate skin .Just another skin . I have a couple of legendary skins that I dont want anymore it would be great if i could reroll 3 of them and PICK or get a new legendary / limited skin for me . I dont think its such a big issue nor do i think that the RP purchase rates will drop . On the contrary it would make lots of ''veteran'' players happier . An 'expiring date' on the skin would be cool .Lets say I buy a skin now and i can change it and get another one of the same cost in 2-3 years. Wouldn't that make the whole community happier and more trustworthy to the company overall? What you all think about that ?Tell me your thoughts about it .
