I sincerely don't recommend this. Like at all.
Unless you want to push the lane, you are ruining a possible lane control that maybe the ADC wants to setup. If the matchup is bad, a really good idea is to freeze the wave and farm under the tower. What you are doing can send the lane pushing the way of the enemy, and if they have a stronger lane, you are basically making it impossible for your ADC to even come close to the minions. If the enemy has a Morgana, a Lux, a Blitz, etc. they are gonna zone the ADC super hard.
Do not attack the minions
Unless you want to lose control of the wave, which you NEVER want.
This is not about "Don't steal my farm", but rather doing a very reckless move that can ruin a lane and maybe even a game.
And here's where it gets better... if you are in a lane bully situation, you may say "Oh, so I can do it here, right?"
If your ADC is trying to freeze the lane so the other ADC can't farm, if you do this, you are actively helping the enemy farm, since the wave will eventually push to their tower and then reset, allowing the enemy to farm in a more comfortable situation.
Don't do this, just don't do it. Unless say... you see the enemy jungler top and you know you can take the tower, then yes, but only when there's an objective to go for after the intended push, not just for the sake of _"helping farm". It doesn't help.
It's an ADC's job to do the wave control.
This is about lane control, not stealing farm.
just don't do it.
Edit: The only time where you can and should help, is farming under the tower. Caster minions take one of your AAs, one from the tower, and one from your ADC to be last hit. But that's literally it. Melee minions take only 2 tower shots and one AA to die, so leave those alone.
