New ranked placements

Not to blame my team or just to blow off steam, but I recently just hit level 30 on my EUW account and I played my first ranked game with the new placements. I was doing good starting off, but the game tilted after the enemy adc was getting really fed, along with the other lanes. In the end I went 5/9/4 with 88 cs, and I ended up getting Iron 4 as my first placement. I would just like some input if it was actually the rank I should've recieved or something a bit higher.
