Why cant we set MB4, MB5 or any other extra MB to make range indicator like normal cast? I am using smartcast but sometimes it would be good to get indicator and use normal cast. but why we cant set normal cast when u hold some extra MB like MB4+Q or MB4+R and get incator and normal cast that way?

Using whatever mouse driver you have, keybind mouse button 4 and 5 to some random things (I have them as page up and down). Then in game make the keybindings what you made your mouse buttons.
