Why am i hard stuck?

I know its probably stupid question but i have to ask, is it just me being too bad, and what is the problem, im hard stuck Gold 1/2, and i just cannot reach plat, never been plat, im gold for 2 and half season already, had promos to plat5 for like 10x and always lost them, twice won 2 first promo games and lost last 3 games so i failed to reach it, now, im not sure is it me, cuz im trying to understand what am i doing wrong. I watch Diamond,Challenger, Master streamers, they all pass Gold/Plat like its nothing, same as i pass Bronze, and im not sure how is that even possible, i feel like climbing is gambling, because you can have Olaf top that feed enemy Jax, and theres nothing u can do to win game, i was watching my replays and i cannot figurate out what am i doing wrong. I feel like i maybe just cannot reach plat cuz i dont deserve it, i mean, i play like Gold and thats it, but im not sure about that really, was watching plat players and i dont see much difference between them and me, so, any advice is welcome, hope that someone can provide something that may actually help me climb to plat and even futher later, thanks everyone and sorry for not that good english :) btw i play since s1 and im really really ashamed cuz im still only gold, like...i feel dumb, hows that possible [zombie-brand-facepalm]

It's a coinflip, with the guarantee being if you play enough you'll eventually get to your true elo.

1st be mentally stable, never give up, don't go full T1 (btw always mute/report toxic people). Think logically rather than emotionally (f.i. How should I win this game? Hmm.. I will go MR, trynd will split push bot, we'll ward there jungle and poke-peel in mid, then we'll force/bait baron/drake, while trynd still push bot.. Hope no1 trolls! ;)

2nd always learn, this game is very-very hard. Watch how pro's do, there are many guides about how things should be done. Just be curious and be patient, be consistent when doing things like CSing, warding (counter warding)... skill will come after (macro/mechanics/speed/reactions).

3th In low elo (low diamond and below) use your team more like a bait than a setup. I mean be more reactive than proactive, never trust your teammates, take resources (especially when jungling), wait enemy to make a play (in low elo they will mostly "misplay") and you just react to there bad decisions. On higher elo let your team setup a gank for you, trust your team and communicate (roam for that kill if mid/jungle.. adc/supp), go for aggressive-snowbally playstyle (high risk, high reward).

4th Punish enemy mistakes, track summoner cooldowns, go for trade/kill when there abilities are down (learn basic wave management - slow/hard push, freeze etc.. basic LoL stuff, still so many players don't know about them :(

5th People say higher you grind better you would become. True, until you are too serious about this game (streamer/pro player)! Otherwise never let this game control you. You can be good player even in bronze, don't go crazy about ranked. You would eventually become better if you just play a game or two a day, being self critic and having good mentality in mind (learn-learn-learn!) (Ofc for challenger level you shoud go 8 hours a day minimum, not recommended lifestyle! ;)... if you don't enjoy playing ranked, just stop playing it. Play league just for fun or just for game knowledge, if not: you are fu*ked!
