I think she is very under rated.

But she a very feast or famine playstyle. And it is problematic.

If she doesnt get ahead, she cant assassinate someone. And if she cant assassinate someone, her ult basically becomes dead weight.

Also that's completely untrue. If she's behind her ult serves the function of "Solo split to tower, if gankers are near, press R to get out of dodge."

Except there are an ungodly number of people who can splitpush till they are gonna be ganked and then run away.

That problem is 2 fold. One, youre wasting your ult as an escape, now you contribute even less to a team fight. But you dont have your ult anymore so you cant safely splitpush anymore. Two, someone who can duel and beat 1+ people are much better splitpushers than someone who has to run with their tail between their leg every time someone shows up.

Also, most good assassins have a way to get out, Quinn does not. So if you want to compare he to those, then she still has that going against her.

overall pretty weak. Some potential as counter pick top and to clean up scattered fights, but there are always better options.

Not good at the moment, would not recommend playing her in any higher elo games. I've seen quinne's go 6-0 and be able to do absolutely nothing for her team. She's too much of a duelist to contribute much in teamfights. Also her ult makes her a melee.

Decent toplane, somewhat lacking as a bot lane ADC.

However, her bot lane is difficult to buff without making her top the stuff of your enemy's nightmares.

If they increased her range to 550 (marksmen standard), that might help some. While initially it might be harder for top, after a little while playing, people will see that she would do just as good bot lane, and she would mostly transition there. She is the queen of duelists, better then Vayne, so a range buff would really help her bot lane, and eventually decrease her presence in top lane

Ashe actually has the second highest base AD range. Vayne, the other top duelist, also has 550 range, while Quinn has 525

toplane good at lower elo's because its like a teemo except you have to hit your blind instead of point and click, adc terrible. higher elo's bad in general unless you are counter picking .

Quinn is rather exceptional at what she does, unfortunately she isn't quite what people expect from an adc. She is almost an assassin when you look at her in comparison to other adc's. This needs to be considered when looking at playing her because if she is paired with assassins on her team she will be less effective than some of the other adc's.

Bad range, useless ultimate for adc. If she had the bird from lvl 1 and some tanky scaling, she could be a bruiser like gnar, but now she is just a counterpick for some melee toplaners.

you haven't played her effectively bot then. Why would a scout who's partners with a hawk be tanky?

From a lore standpoint no, it shouldn't be that way, but from a gameplay standpoint yes she needs some sort of tanky scaling for her bird form to make it more useful.

"Feedback" is one word

If what you are trying to write here (It is seriously almost illegible, work on that) is that those numbers were your K/D, the tip I have for you is to forget about KDA and all other garbage statistics that people make up. It's unambiguously fact that it is doesn't prove anything and is generally nigh meaningless.
One of the large reasons Quinn is rated where she is because she is a buggy champion with a large number of issues that have been found but have not been fixed since her release in March, 2013.

The thing is her main kit gives her everything she needs to kill someone normally. Attack speed steroids, Extra burst damage, a blind. That's all she needs to fight someone. Her ult is more of a utility move. Used to run away or pursue low health targets. Like Urgot's ult its not something to engage with, its more of a secured kill move.

Actually Urgot's kit is "inspired" by Vengful Spirit (stun, armor shred, damage amplification, swap with target) from DOTA - who is played suport and usually initiates or saves carries with the ult (RIOT replaced the stun with a slow, so Urgot is not good for roaming ganker/ support like VS)
