Not sure is bad luck or bug
I opened a Hextech chest, not a level up capsule, and I managed to get only an Elise champ shard. No BE with it just the champ shard. I highly believe that shouldn't be possible. Was that just extremely bad luck?

depends on the shard cost, i think 4800-6300 champs only come as the shard and no ess with...
not 100% sure but i think thats how it is? can someone confirm
