I hope not anytime soon. I'm enjoying the little bit of buff he got with the new masteries. In fact, I've now put him into my arsenal for top-laners.

With the new masteries for 45% max CDR, the keystone for extra healing, additionally able to get the extra healing masteries under the "support" section, you can turn Taric into quite the brawler.

are his core items for 45% cdr. (Granted you only need sheen to get the 45%, so you don't have to rush the tri-force.) But yeah, once you get those items, you can cycle through his abilities pretty spot on. You can get into some really awesome 1v1 duels. And depending on who you're up against, 1v2s.

The goal of course is getting autos in to help with your CDs, and to help with that and his kite-ability, is also a must.

Anyways, just wanted to share a new way that I'm enjoying one of my original favorite champions, now that there are masteries that made him viable in solo queue again. Especially in a time when he's not used much and people don't know how to play against him.
