Need help on katerina. How to find you dagger in team fight? And most of time your enemy just stay away from your landed dagger or waiting for you to jump in and kill you!

I play her often and I think you just have to memorize and keep track of the last Q you throw down, W is easy to remember because it's right under you. I would suggest going into practice tool and using Q a few times to memorize the range before you go into a game if you're new, before my first game of the day I always do this and it helps a lot.

Honestly it's just about memorization. And, in a clustered teamfight, sometimes you dont need to know where it is, you can just kinda E somewhere and you'll probably pick it up.

As for enemies running away from the dagger, that's the point. The Q is all about exploiting your enemy's bad positioning, which is why she's so good in lower ELO, even if Bronze/Low Silver players can't do the combos that well.
