Server stability

Im sorry but its been like 2 weeks now and the server stability well is a joke especially for an established game. Yea im sure there is higher usage right now because of xmas and new years with everyone out of school and have time off from work. But the lag is horrendous. And before anyway says my internet sucks trust me i have a smart tv which requires internet and ill google while i wait for the connection issue to correct it self. Im pretty much at the point where i dont care to play anymore from it. So im curious if anything is being done to fix the issue.

Lag wouldn't be caused by server instability. If the servers weren't stable, the whole damn continent would be having trouble. Sounds like you have Comcast to me.
