Who do you think will be the "1"

Riot said that there were plans for and one more champ to be reworked this year.Who do you think it will be?

I thought it might be warwick since there was a WarwickRework.bin file on the pbe. Reav3 said "Some of the members of the Taric group have begun early development on a new project. While it's too early to talk about what that project is, what I can say is that it is Certainly noT Warwick."

Certainly noT Certainly no_T_

Taric rework is basically done since it's basically on the pbe. Then again warwick is getting a new splash art and they probably wouldn't add a new splash if a champion was being worked on.
