Thoughts on the Riot Offical Surveys
So I have been playing league for about 2 years now and occasionally I will get a survey asking me about my experience in League of Legends. They always come in different ways, some through email, the end of match screen (saw on the OLD client), and recently buttons on overview page in the client.
These surveys vary greatly in there appearance with some (notably the email ones) looking very modern and sometimes rewarding the player by showing them a skin coming up (I browse s@20 all the time, so its not usually a surprise).
Anyway, the main issue I have is on the ones taken through the overview page, that send you to the web. They usually come out after a new patch and ask for your opinion. The website you take them on looks far outdated, asks the same questions, and only gives a twitter box reply of your response. I have also taken this survey multiple times and it seems like my answers are being thrown away. (I also think this website uses the very old LoL logo, that being said it IS legit.)
The surveys also are a huge difference in the time taken to complete them. It seems like these were made by different people with no communication.
With all that said I have a few questions and I hope a rioter can chime in and possibly answer them:
1. Since the surveys differ so greatly, are some actually read and others disregarded? (Prioritizing surveys?) **2. Is there ever going to be a overhaul to the surveys and make them all similar or even update the old(er) ones? **
With all that said, I enjoy giving my feedback to riot and I hope they read my responses. (BTW I hope this is the right section for the question, didn't see it fitting in anywhere else)

TL;DR - Riots surveys are a little wacky, and are they really read and will they be updated (eventually)?
