  1. Please remove that cdr on Dark Matter (W) for stacks.
  2. Give him a mana refund on his q (10 mana for a creep killed or medium monster killed none for small monsters and 20 for siege creeps and super creeps and big monsters)
  3. Another option is to revert Q damage nerfs from patch v5.21.
