LOL time out

I have been playing LOL for years. It is getting to the point to where I am thinking about never playing this game again. My issue is the time outs, I understand if you want to place my on the lower priority list because I AFK during a match. That makes complete sense, but timing someone out because they didn't click the accept button fast enough is a joke. I mean I never AFK but my computer crashed and I left a match and was timed out. I was ok with that so I waited 20 mins to play a match no problem. Then when ur 20 mins are up it automatically starts a match and doesn't give you any time to react. then you get to wait another 20 mins and you didn't ever start a game, I mean you didn't even pick a hero at this point. Like WTF its annoying as shyt like im going to stare at the fuking computer screen for 20 mins GTFOH... this needs to change ASAP> I actually got timed out again because I was writing this fucking message.. this is a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!
