The issue with the comps are the junglers are rather slow while clearing and their ganks can be a bit subpar. The Bot lanes are fine until the enemy gets some MR as both of you will be dealing magic damage. Mid lanes are fine and the Top lane is aswell although Annie is questionable as once an opponent gets tanky they have little presence.
What I would personally do is
Top: /
While neither are crazy strong both are impactful on the game and fights.
Jungle: /
(Both of these champions can clear and offer some threat while ganking.)
Mid: / / Simple picks that already work mid and support.
ADC: 
While not a traditional support he is still played there and when built with lethality he can be a rather scary threat one easily dominating lanes. This isn't a new pick as people such as Skincology, Nexuselgy, and Tilterella have all played AD Sion with success however it does take a while to get used to. You have plenty of CC and you oddly enough do additional damage when you die.

All of these would work well with Sion due to their access to level 1 CC. Along with these I didn't put any melee champions (outside of blitz due to his Q) such as Ali or Taric down here as they would be asking to be poked out of lane.
Mf is totally a support who can adc. But if we're excluding champs that are actually played semi-conventionally in the respective non-support role...
ADC sona exists and builds trinity force if I recall. Bruiser leo top, machine gun lulu jg. Support is kind of a freebie.
Mid depends on where you draw the line for whats a 'support'. I'd roll with AP janna doing a Q max for the mindless waveclear though since I like janna. It takes a lot of AP now for it to even instant clear the mages, but if you can hang in and the total lack of pressure hasn't caused other lanes to get roamed on, you get some super spicy shields for the squad.
