Ashe's build with new runes??

So basically, I'm losing lots of games since this new "weird" meta, when I face Irelia and Swain as an ADC and I want to know how can I improve and still stay with the marksman champs.

Runnans gives you a pretty good lead as the first item. Infinity edge - Freaking broken, Love it. Phantom dancer - ashe needs the speed, gives you a good amount of crit too. Boots - as usual. Now, which 2 items do you suggest?
Runes, I have seen a lot of players going Absolout focus and Gathering storm, I don't know how nuch affective it really is and I'm thinking that cheap shot is way better, A volley or a simple basic slows the target and when you apply her q it grants you tons of true damages! I got between 20-30k of true damage with her which is insane. So? What do you think?

Actually the highest winrate built for ashe is to go bork first into runaans and followed up by IE. Your core should be be bork and runaans as having an AOE slow in teamfights is part of what makes Ashe still relevant; it doesn't matter how much you feed if you have utility that never falls off. You could opt to get a PD third instead of IE if you just want AS and survivability. I've also seen a GA rush or ER as their items. :)

For runes, I like lethal tempo but pta is also good for utility ADCs like Ashe as it buffs your entire teams damage. I've also seen people taking cheapshot as it did get buffed and ashe procs it really easily. I'd avoid fleetfootwork as I feel it isn't good anymore.

Lethal tempo is really good now i don't understand absolute focus, why is it a thing?

imo cheap shot is better

for items he built item 3153 item 3071 item 3156 that's what you do ashe doesn't need crit to work, go full on hit effects

No there really isn't

She was designed to be a professional kiter against people like Udyr, but item 3706 item 3800 item 3742 etc deny her of that luxury as well

Crit is very weak right now actually. Just rush Bork on Ashe. It is very good on her. Lethal Tempo seems like the best rune because of her shred on Q Cheap shot and Zombie ward seems like the best secondaries. Or resolve tree is always good.

i have been using an off build on ashe and i like it... i go item 3153 item 3085 item 3071 using the passive of hurricane to apply bork and black clever on hit effects for aoe damage in fights. but then again if i play ashe adc i pick her as a utility adc /support not a carry cuz i have a carry mid , jng and maybe top as well and ashe is there to provide aoe slows and picks (utility) for her team to carry
