Roit support doesnt work

Hey all.

As you know in LOL is brokn game. All the week i played a lol and got a win. But today i had 2 afks in the 3 games , in the next games i had 0-20 and 0-10.... Every game. I was in plat in gold in bronze in silver... This fckn support anwser me:

Unfortunately, not everyone who plays is a pro and there is a part of the game where you encounter people who are not as good as the rest. I understand your frustration, especially if you feel you're always on the losing side. Still, they are players too and everyone else should play with them. Teach them, support them and treat them well. Everyone has to start somewhere, right?

And this support always answr for you only macros.

This game is broken and riot mb want to fix all problems but support doesnt want. RIOT PLS FIX YOUR GAME AND YOUR FCKN SUPPORTS.
