Game remake logic is.. not logical

I've had this happen to me twice now in ranked. A teammate will have some sort of internet or client issue. They initially connect to the game but their character just sits there, buying nothing. You know it's not malicious because they eventually disconnect, reconnect, and then finally give up and disconnect for the last time. All the while we're stuck in a losing 4v5 because game remake logic decides that it's not really a 4v5 since the person's "connected". Why? Who was the bright one that decided a character can sit at the fountain, not moving a muscle, not buying anything, and it not be remake worthy? There has to be a smarter way for Riot to implement this.....

I've said it before, if a champion doesn't buy anything or leave the fountain by the time the remake thing would normally pop up it should be allowed to be remade. I have no clue why its not that way.

we cant have nice things cause for 1 million people who would appreciate this we have 1000 people who abuse this/screw around with it.

I have talked to Riot support about this, as I had similar situations few times. They said something like: "they may have internet problems, connecting and disconnecting so fast that system doesn't recognise it properly preventing from remake".

How about if they don't make it to a lane while still connected or kill a jungle monster while still connected before 3 minutes, then a remake is offered? That way even people with terrible connections who manage to buy items and leave the base before disconnecting again wouldn't lock the team out of a remake.

The thing is, the game sometimes simply crashes...

I think everyone experienced the never ending "loading screen", where the game actually started, you appear as being connected to your teammates, but on your screen you see the loading screen.

It is not the computer's, the internet's, nor the user's fault, but the game itself. I blamed people until it happened to me the same thing... 10 minutes were eaten by me restarting the game and, eventually, the computer to get in the match. We won that ranked game, but I knew that they would have remade if they had the choice.

Until they fix the crashing error, I can't fully support a "no matter what" remake, as it is unfair that a player is penalised (from the perspective of a ranked player) because of an error of the game.
